IGNITE Your Style (“Ignite,” “we,” “us,” “our”, “my”, “mine”, “me”) provides its services (described below) to you through its website located at www.igniteyourstyle.ro (the “Site”) and through its related services (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Site, the “Service(s)”), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the “Terms of Service”). The following terms of service form a binding agreement between you and us, and govern your use of the website and all services offered through the website.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes to our Terms of Service by posting the new Terms of Service here: https://igniteyourstyle.ro/terms-and-conditions/ and updating the “Last Updated” date below.

Services Description

IGNITE provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help its customers with the way they dress and the development of their style. 

Modification of Service Packages and Pricing

IGNITE reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that IGNITE will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. IGNITE reserves the right to change service package pricing at any time. Quoted prices for service packages will not be honored, if the service package has since increased in price since time of quote delivery. It is recommended that you submit payment on your quote upon receival, in order to avoid any price increases that may occur in the future.

Refund Policy and Service Support Guarantee

All sales of personal styling service packages are final, with no exception to this rule under any circumstance. Any service package you pay for is a final sale purchase, and will not be refunded under any circumstance.

We always want you to have the utmost confidence in your purchase, knowing if for any reason you are not satisfied with the outcome of your project, we will continue working with you until you are, for a reasonable period of time, free of any additional charge.

You do have revisions and edits available to you on all packages that include shopping lists, in the terms mentioned in the package's descriptions. It does not, however, grant you access to any additional packages outside of the scope of your original purchase.

All purchases of digital courses, trainings, masterclasses and workshops are final, with no exceptions. Purchases of all digital offerings will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Payment, Fees and Billing

Payment for services rendered is due in full, prior to the commencement of any work on your project.

All service sales are final.

If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours notice. Please use the “reschedule” link on the received calendar invite to reschedule your session date or time, available for “Google Meet Styling Session” and “Google Meet Styling Session + Shopping List”.

For all other services, you can reschedule sending a written message on contact@igniteyourstyle.ro.

No Guarantee As to Results

By using this website and/or purchasing any of the services from this website you agree that IGNITE has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended during your service or not. The STYLIST provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help you succeed. You nevertheless recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of IGNITE.

You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Thus, the results obtained by others – whether clients of IGNITE or otherwise – applying the principles set out in your project are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.

Use of Courses, Programs and Associated Materials

IGNITE provides various courses, programs, and associated material for sale on this Website. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our courses, programs, and associated material ( “Courses”) for your own personal use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner.

By ordering or participating in Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of IGNITE.

By ordering or participating in Courses, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to absolve IGNITE of any and all liability or loss that you or any person or entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of use of the information you receive from the us. You agree that IGNITE shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable, or consequential loss or damages for use of our services.

IGNITE makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, 3rd-party service providers, and wardrobe-related products used during any of your services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IGNITE and/or its 3rd-party service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of the liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of our service offerings, or with any of these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website.

Arbitration

You hereby expressly waive any and all claims you may have, now or in the future, arising out of or relating to IGNITE, any and all contracts you enter into with IGNITE, and any and all of the IGNITE products and services.

To the extent that you attempt to assert any such claim, you hereby expressly agree to present such claim only through binding arbitration to occur in Cluj, România. You further agree to and do hereby waive any right to class arbitration and agree, instead, to conduct an arbitration related solely to any individual claims you and/or any entity related to you asserts against IGNITE. To the fullest extent permissible by law, you further agree that you shall be responsible for all costs associated with initiating the arbitration and for the administration of the arbitration.

Right to Suspend

IGNITE reserves the right, in our discretion, to suspend your use of the Services at any time, as necessary to protect the security or operation of the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all content, products and services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Services are provided by IGNITE “with all faults” and on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. IGNITE makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or any content, products or services included on, or otherwise made available to you through, the Services, unless otherwise specified in writing, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and accuracy. You expressly agree that your use of the Services and products purchased through the services is at your sole risk. We make no warranty that the Products or Services will meet your requirements, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Products, or Services, or that defects in the Products, or Services will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us through the Services, or otherwise will create any warranty, representation or guarantee not expressly stated in these Terms of Use.
